Hilltop cottage is a fantastic size for a family or group, equipped with a superb kitchen, generous living space and a patio area ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoying a cool glass of wine on a summers evening after a day of exploring the area. With sea views of the Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis from its garden, this is a wonderful seaside property from which to enjoy all that Lyme Regis offers.
The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a few minutes walk away. Nearby is Langmoor Gardens, the historic Cobb and Beach, so visitors can park their cars and forget about them for the entire holiday!
As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant nearby, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap.

Bedroom 2 has twin 3ft beds (which zip link to make Super King-size). Bedroom 3 has 3ft bunk beds (5'6" in length). Family bathroom with large walk in Shower, wash-hand basin and a WC.

Parking for two cars and acccess to a garage with space for bikes, kayaks and SUP's.
