This modern, comfortable four bedroom town house is situated on the the edge of Baiter Park, Poole and features a sunny balcony with stunning views over the bay and coastline.  This stylish luxury holiday home is just a stroll from Baiter Park, which is an area popular with kite and outdoor activity enthusiasts. It's position also means that it's just a short level walk away from Poole Town centre and Poole Quay, with all of the shops, parks and entertainment catering for family holidays.  For those who like to venture further afield a short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and cycling and horse riding Mecca of The New Forest, both with their many attractions and events and the beautiful rural countryside of the Purbecks and the dramatic and interesting Jurassic Coast are also easily accessible.

Catalina is located within the Baiter Recreation Ground and Harbourside Park area which is licensed for outdoor events.  An annual fun fair takes place, usually on the May half term weekend, however other events may be planned and are controlled by the Borough of Poole Council.

This is a beautifully presented modern refurbished town house is offered over 3 floors. Featuring the ground floor entrance hallway with doors leading to one double bedroom  with 4'6" bed.  Second double bedroom with 5' bed and access to the rear patio area, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath , There is also one bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds on this level together with a ground floor shower room with w/c.  The first floor offers a modern open plan living area with kitchen/dining/lounge with doors opening onto a full size balcony with direct bay views. The seating area is furnished with an L shaped leather sofa surrounding a flat screen TV, with a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen area with seating for 8. The modern kitchen is equipped with a double oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge and freezer and microwave. Outside seating is provided on the balcony.  The second floor has a master bedroom with a 6' bed and an en-suite shower room.

There is a garden area to the rear of the house, which is accessed through the ground floor double bedroom.  

There is off road parking for one vehicle which is in the designated parking bay No 94, there are some visitor's parking bays which do not have an allocated number in the vacinity.  The local council offer additional parking nearby at £8.50 per day.

We really enjoyed the stay and would come back. There just needs to be some attention paid to some areas
