The Wagon House, a luxury barn conversion, provides exceptionally high quality holiday accommodation in a beautiful country setting at Dalwood only a 15 minute drive from the Dorset coast. Set in peaceful farmland, this is one of a pair of semi-detached holiday cottages located on a working dairy farm just15 minutes from Lyme Regis. The farm is close to the village of Dalwood, and about 4 miles west of the bustling market town of Axminster. The stunning Jurassic coast is about 10 miles to the south.

Although quietly tucked away from main roads the farm is very easy to access by car and perfect for those wishing to explore the local area's many attractions. The surrounding farmland is criss-crossed with footpaths and quiet lanes making this an ideal destination for those that enjoy walking or cycling too. The popular Tuckers Arms pub at Dalwood, with a reputation for very good food, is about a mile from the farm and can be reached by footpaths across the fields. Tours of the farm can be arranged with the friendly and welcoming owners. 

Arranged over two floors the house is extremely light and spacious. The open plan living area on the ground floor has a wood burner and full height windows opening out onto a large sunny patio area. As well as a very well equipped kitchen area there is a separate utility room and WC. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have their own en suite facilities. The second bedroom can be made-up as a king size double or twin room making this a great option for 2 couples holidaying together as well as for families. Outside there is a sunny landscaped patio area on two levels with garden furniture. This property is the perfect choice for those seeking a quiet country location with easy access to the nearby coast. Graded at 4 Star by the AA.

Staircase up to First floor: Bedroom 1 with 6' king size bed, TV/DVD and views from full height windows over the surrounding farmland, en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Bedroom 2 with a king size (5') double bed (or two 2'6" single beds, please specify at time of booking) and TV/DVD, en suite shower room with large walk-in shower and WC.

Landscaped patio are on two levels with paving, gravel and flower tubs including garden furniture and sun loungers.

Allocated off-road parking for two cars.
