Ivy Cottage is one of four holiday cottages set in several acres of grounds alongside the main A35 coast road, a couple of miles east of the vibrant West Dorset market town of Bridport, the harbour at West Bay and near to the lovely seaside village of Burton Bradstock. A semi-detached cottage enjoying stunning views across the rolling hills of the Dorset countryside, this former hay barn has been converted to provide quality accommodation for couples and families seeking a base from which to explore this wonderful part of the English countryside and coast. 

Please Note: These properties are positioned alongside the busy A35 Dorchester to Bridport road, which can be noisey during work hours.

The site also includes hook-ups for a small number of touring caravans and the welcoming owners can provide a wealth of information about local walking, fishing and a host of other activities. A public footpath runs through the site giving direct access to the surrounding network of countryside footpaths, making this an ideal choice for walkers. It's only 3 miles from the sea and the stunning South West Coast Path. For those wishing to tour the area there are a great many wonderful days out inside an hour's drive including Lulworth Cove, Weymouth and Dorchester to the east, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Exeter to the west and Yeovil, Taunton and Sherborne to the north.
