The house is very well furnished and the addition of a paved patio and garden furniture creates an enjoyable spot in which to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or to dine al fresco. This property also has the added advantage of garage parking for one car plus space for a second car on the driveway. If you wish to leave the car at home it is an easy walk downhill to the town and beach. And a bus can bring you back uphill and drop you near the house.
Calleva is situated in an elevated residential area of Lyme Regis, about fifteen minutes' walk down to the beaches, shops and restaurants with a convenient bus stop very nearby. The house is part of a cul-de-sac with private parking and peaceful surroundings. The pretty and un-spoilt Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis has many independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as a sandy beach, harbour and seafront promenade. It's a great destination for a relaxing, traditional seaside holiday. This is also the perfect base from which to explore the whole World Heritage Coast of West Dorset and East Devon.
