Located at the eastern entrance to the Sandbanks Peninsular, this much sought after area offers everything required for a great family holiday with its three miles of golden sands, clean clear waters and contemporary waterside bars and restaurants. This is the perfect choice, not only for a traditional bucket and spade type of holiday, but also for those who love to take part in all of the water sports offered, such as paddle boarding, kite surfing, wind surfing, water skiing and jet skiing.
Beach View offers a fabulous opportunity for families to gather in this most sought after area and early bookings are advised as this is a very popular choice.
The property features an entrance hallway with ground floor shower room * with w/c, separate lounge room with comfortable sofas surrounding a flat scteen TV with BT vision and Freeview channels.and fabulous direct sea views. Separate modern kitchen/diner again with direct sea views. The kitchen area has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, four ring electric hob with extractor. There is a good supply of cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment. The dining area seats 8 guests comfortably and has 180 degree panoramic views of the sea and the coastline. There are a number of books, games and leaflets about the area the two twin bedrooms (one bedroom with seafacing views with 2'6" beds and the other bedroom front facing has 3' beds) are offered on this floor. The first floor features a master bedroom with a 5 ft king size bed with en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over and a w/c, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over and a w/c. Each room has beautiful coastal views. There is a family area with seating and doors opening onto the balcony with table and chairs. This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day on the beach and to take in the glorious sunsets.
* Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.
Outside the private rear terrace area is accessed via sliding patio doors from the lounge and dining room where outside furniture and a charcoal barbecue is provided. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the amazing every changing views.
Attached to the side of the house is a covered area housing a tumble dryer, washing machine, extra fridge/freezer, children’s beach toys and sun chairs.
The front of the property offers off road parking for 3-4 vehicles.
