The Lodge, an attractive 4-bedroom holiday home offers very comfortable accommodation for 8 guests and is within walking distance of the beach and parks.  Tastefully furnished with a lounge and separate small sitting room, 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a rear garden, this is the perfect choice for a family with a pet  With golden sand, seaside views, tropical gardens, a host of shops and other amenities Bournemouth is a fantastic choice of location if you're looking for a break away along the South Coast in this wonderful area of the UK. Whatever the time of year, Bournemouth is a vibrant and colourful resort with a cosmopolitan town centre that comes alive long after the sun has gone down. There are hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bars to choose from together with theaters, ice-skating, cinemas, and zip wires, gardens and parks to be explored. Visits to nearby Christchurch and The New Forest are also recommended.

Offered over two floors, featuring an entrance hallway with doors off to the separate breakfast kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and has a front aspect. A washing machine is located in a cupboard off the hallway. The separate lounge room has a front aspect too with comfortable seating and a wall mounted TV. The separate dining room has a rear aspect with seating for 8 guests; wall mounted TV and has a door leading onto the enclosed rear and side garden areas. The ground floor also offers a double bedroom with a 5 ft king size bed and a small sitting room with a wall mounted TV and small sofa. A family bathroom with bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w/c is also offered on this floor, together with a separate cloakroom with w/c and wash hand basin.  The first floor features a master bedroom with a 5 ft king size bed with en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 with a 5 ft king size bed with an en-suite bathroom (no shower facility) and there is a twin bedroom with 2 ft 6 in beds on this floor also.  

The side and rear garden area is enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with outside furniture and a charcoal barbecue provided.

The front of the property offers off road parking for 2 vehicles.

  • Pets: One well behaved dog (2 small dogs considered, please enquire) welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £25.00 per pet per week (£30.00 from Jan 2019).
