La Casa is situated in the sought-after Cobb/Harbour area of Lyme Regis, within a stones' throw of the beach, pubs and restaurants.  This tastefully furnished, modern-feel apartment has wonderful views of the sea and Cobb through the bay window seats in the kitchen and lounge.  From here you can sit, relax and enjoy the activity in and around the harbour and watch sea going craft go about their daily routines.  A fabulous location from which to enjoy a truly seaside experience.

As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and a small can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

At the front of the property is a shared garden with a lawned area.

There are a couple of alternatives for car parking. To the rear of the apartment there is a private car park where visitors can park for a weekly fee or if you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush car park where you can park for around £14 a week – contact us for more details. However, during the winter months, i.e. from 1st October through till the 15th of March, you are permitted to park in the road right outside the property.
