This 4-bedroom semi detached town house is located in the heart of Sandbanks; just a few minutes walk away from the award winning sandy beaches. This modern, chic family friendly holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for 8 guests. It is conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk away from the award winning Blue Flag sandy beach and is close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride along the coast will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast are easily accessible for those who like to explore.
Please Note: that we cannot permit pets at this property However, those guests with allergies please be aware that the owner has a dog who occasionally accompanies them on visits.
This modern style, well-presented town house is offered over 3 floors. On entering by the main door to the side of the house, the entrance hallway leads to a double bedroom with front aspect with king size bed. The garden bedroom offers a single day bed or a double sofa bed and has doors opening onto the enclosed private garden area. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and a w/c on this floor. The first floor features a modern open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors opening onto a balcony from the lounge area with views and outside furniture. The kitchen features an integrated oven, microwave, ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer. The seating area has an L shaped sofa and modern occassional chair facing a wall mounted TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 8. The second floor offers a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom; each of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room*.
* Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.
The rear garden is enclosed offering outside furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
There is off road parking for two vehicles, one parked in a garage and one parked up to the garage door.
