This attractive, stylish, modern and nicely presented four-bedroom town house is located on the Sandbanks Peninsular and provides fabulous family holiday accommodation, close to the beaches. Off road parking is available for two cars and complimentary WIFI is offered. It s just moments from the ferry to Studland Bay and just a short walk away from the award winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as having the convenience of being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks, which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short drive will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast are easily accessible.
This popular four-bedroom town house is set over three floors comprising of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground floor hosts the single bedroom with 3ft bed and additional pull out 3 ft single, (ideal for young children) with en- suite shower room*. At the rear of the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor opens into a spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with patio doors opening onto the balcony. The seating area is furnished with two sofas surrounding a flat screen TV with the dining area furnished with table and chairs to seat 8. The spacious kitchen features an island unit and is equipped with a gas hob, integrated oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The second floor hosts the second twin bedroom with 3ft beds and en-suite. The master double bedroom has a large en-suite (separate bath and shower with WC) and access to private balcony.
* Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.
There is a communal garden and access to a main route leading to the beach.
There is off road parking for two vehicles, one parked in the garage (2.3m wide x 3.6m length - suitable for a small/medium car) and one parked up to the garage door.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Given the cost of the rental, it was disappointing that some equipment, such as the table mats and coasters, were substandard, and that there was an insufficient number of forks (only 7) and of small tumblers. The description of the garage needs to be modified as it is only large enough to accommodate a SMALL car. Therefore there is a risk that inadvertently the garage door would be lowered using the automatic switch which would cause serious damage to the car partially parked inside. Some of the bathroom locks did not work.

We really enjoyed our stay it was a lovely place and lovely location, the only thing I missed was a dishwasher but I guess we can't have everything :-)
We had a wonderful week with all that we needed in a great location. We enjoyed the local beach and facilities and the walks around the area. The accommodation was all that we could hope for with parking and everything in the apartment clean and working well. The local seagulls even managed to show off their cute babies on the roof of the house next door. Thank you.
Very enjoyable stay. The only negative was that the heating wasn't working, but super impressed with the speed and efficiency of Roger and Lynne in getting this fixed.
