We are a local, forward thinking holiday letting agency - very keen to attract quality properties to our portfolio. We offer a service to holiday property owners that is a little different from other agents.

We work with you to maximise your bookings and we apply no restrictions on the number of owner bookings you take. Our highly flexible approach means that you stay in control by instructing us to make bookings to a pattern that suits you. Our competitive commission rate means that more of the holiday rent ends up in your bank account.

What can we offer you?

• We will promote your holiday property on our attractive, easy to use website. With live property availability information and online booking, it’s quick and easy for holidaymakers to book your property.


• You will stay in control through our owner log-in facility - you can manage your own bookings and review new bookings on our website.


• Your property will be part of a marketing campaign that employs the latest online marketing techniques. Our marketing approach is constantly under review to ensure we are achieving the best results for our clients.


• We will generate enquiries and take bookings for you and confirm them by email (or in writing) to you and your holidaymakers. We will collect payments, deal with queries and changes to bookings (including paying you for cancellations) and we will ensure that you are paid promptly each month.


• Our success is entirely dependent on taking bookings for you so you can be sure we will be working hard for our mutual success.

Managing your holiday property
If you are not planning to do the cleaning and maintenance between lets yourself you will need to appoint a reliable caretaker/housekeeper. We maintain close links with a couple of locally based holiday property management companies who offer a range of services from changeover cleaning through to full property maintenance and management. We can provide you with their details and introduce you to them if you require this service.
