The pretty garden enjoys sun throughout the day and a Woodburner in the lounge also makes this cottage the perfect choice for cosy out-of-season breaks.  Comfortably accommodating up to five guests in three bedrooms, it also has the added convenience of Musbury village general store, post office and pub close by.

Conveniently situated to make the most of the rural and coastal charms of the East Devon and Dorset area.  The cottage is only 3 miles from the coast at Axmouth and two miles from the attractive market town of Axminster and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's famous River Cottage Farm.

The ancient village of Colyton, picturesque Axe River and estuary is also very nearby amidst the unspoilt countryside. This Area is a haven for walkers and the famous South West Coast Path lies close by with spectacular views across Lyme Bay. The local villages are fortunate to have a good choice of public houses, offering a selection of locally sourced produce and local beers. The Axe Estuary Wetlands, a well-managed wildlife reserve is a very short drive away where a large number of birds congregate to feed on the mud flats and salt marshes and these can be viewed at close quarters from one of many hides strategically located along the reserve.

Front door to porch.  Internal door to the lobby and dining room.  Seating for 6 guests at the table.  Access to Lounge with two sofas, Woodburner, Flatscreen TV and BlueRay DVD player.   Groundfloor bedroom 1 with Sofa bed (available on request).  New Fitted Kitchen, equipped with built in electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.  Ground floor W.C and washbasin.  Stairs from dining room to Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6inch double bed.   Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft and 2ft 6inch beds.  Small Family bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and W.C.  Please be aware of low head height at the bottom of the stairs.

Private outdoor area.  Patio accessed directly from the kitchen or ground floor bedroom.  Relaxing outdoor garden furniture with dining table and cushions.  Lawned area.  A pet should be accompanied when in the garden.

Parking for two cars on the private driveway.
