This delightful holiday property, with a history dating back 200 years, is quietly tucked away on the edge of the town in a convenient location and an easy walk from the town centre, beach and seafront.  Nestled within its own private grounds in a unique setting, amidst a vast garden.  Horn House provides a warm and inviting welcome, perfect for large families and groups seeking something special from which to enjoy their holiday by the sea.  Well equipped and comfortably furnished.  Guests staying at the house will appreciate the easy layout and multiple living areas, with plenty of space to allow everyone to have a relaxing or active time.  The gardens border the property front and back with ample space to sit out and enjoy the fabulous space, whilst offering plentiful parking on the private driveway.

Within a ten minute walk, guests can meander down to Lyme Regis bustling sea front and promenade. Often referred to as the ‘Pearl of Dorset’, Lyme Regis is well known for its literary association with Jane Austen as well as its diverse geology which people from across the world flock to in the hunt for fossils. The historic old town retains an olde worlde charm with small streets filled with galleries, boutique shops and famed gastro restaurants and cafés.  Its sheltered south facing beaches are safe for children and water sports enthusiasts alike with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour.  For those who would like a change of scene and a day away from the beach, the surrounding rolling countryside, which is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, boasts walking and cycling in abundance or perhaps while away a few days exploring pretty East Devon fishing villages such as Beer and Branscombe or head to the market town of Axminster to sample Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Canteen
