This modern, spacious town house features a large entrance hallway with doors leading to ground floor bunk bedroom (3ft beds), ground floor shower room* and a double bedroom (super king sized bed) with access through to the enclosed rear garden.  This floor also features the cinema room with comfortable sofas and large cinema screen.

Upstairs to the first floor and to the modern open plan kitchen/diner with separate utility room. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a dining table and chairs to seat 8 with views to the rear. Along the hallway there is separate lounge furnished with leather sofas and armchairs facing a feature fire, TV and DVD with French windows opening onto a balcony with a view over the front garden where outside furniture is provided.  New to 2018 is a decked balcony area leading from the kitchen overlooking the private garden.

The second floor offers the spacious master bedroom (super king size bed) with en-suite wet room and a large twin room (3ft beds) with en-suite shower room*.

* Please Note: Water pressure, especially in the peak holiday season can be low on the peninsular, with a corresponding effect on shower efficiency.

The rear garden is private and enclosed offering outside furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

There is off road parking for three vehicles, one parked in a garage and  two further vehicles parked up to the garage.
