The house is ideal for both couples and families, providing the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful area of coast and countryside. This spacious property is all on one level and includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as a lounge and separate sun room. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a convenient utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. A pretty little south-facing paved garden area provides a pleasant spot in which to sit and enjoy the sun. One well behaved dog very welcome. Parents please note that there is a greenhouse in the garden area.

LOCATION
The house is quietly situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village of Newton Poppleford, about 3 miles inland from the lovely Regency seaside town of Sidmouth. The village has a couple of pubs, shops and restaurants and is on a regular bus route serving the local seaside towns along the A3052. This is a popular area for people who enjoy the countryside but still want easy access to the seaside. The village is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the River Otter and the popular East Devon Way footpath running close by. The sandy beach at Exmouth and the pretty seaside town of Budleigh Salterton as well as many other towns, villages and places of interest are all within easy reach.
