This spacious and comfortable detached house enjoys a spectacular setting, overlooking the beautiful Axe valley, just a short drive west of Lyme Regis. Perfect for large family get-togethers the house has six bedrooms, three with en suite facilities, as well as a family bathroom. Additionally the ground floor bedroom is served by a separate shower room, a good option for those with limited mobility. Picture windows from most of the bedrooms, and the ground floor living rooms, take advantage of the stunning views. The comfortable lounge enjoys views over the garden and the adjoining dining room (which comfortably accommodates 14 guests sitting down to dine together) has patio doors that open onto the large landscaped garden and sun terrace. A well equipped kitchen, including a range cooker, will allow larger groups to cater for themselves in comfort. A couple of the larger bedrooms include comfortable sitting areas with TVs so there is plenty of opportunity for those of all ages to enjoy some private space.

The house is located close to the stunning Jurassic coast, just 5 miles west of Lyme Regis and close to the pretty little village of Axmouth on the Axe estuary. From its elevated position overlooking the valley the house enjoys magnificent open views. The coast is less than 2 miles away and the whole area is a haven for walkers with local laneways and footpaths. There are a selection of good local pubs within a mile of the house, in the villages of Colyford and Axmouth. Lyme Regis is a very short drive to the east and Sidmouth around 10 miles to the west. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall`s River Cottage shop and restaurant are only a few minutes drive away in the East Devon market town of Axminster.

Separate utility room with additional fridge/freezer & freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 (13ft x 10ft on ground floor) with twin beds. Shower room with shower cubicle and w.c. First floor: Bedroom 2 (22ft x 19ft) with king size bed plus a single bed and sitting area with TV, en suite with shower cubicle and w.c. Bedroom 3 (12ft x 9ft) with double bed. Bedroom 4 (19ft x 13ft) with king size bed and en suite with shower cubicle and w.c. Bedroom 5 (20ft x 15ft) with king size bed and 2 single beds. Flexible short break dates available out of season - please call for details. A £200.00 refundable security deposit is required. One small well behaved dog will be considered October - March.
